My dog, Bowie, a 1-year-old Pomeranian, was throwing up most of last night, crying, and having difficulty getting comfortable. He hasn't moved much all day, his nose is dry, and he seems very out of it. He has had food in one vomit but the rest is liquidy. He also shakes when he breathes and hasn't had an appetite or used the restroom since last night, only urinating. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Bravo, a 2.5-year-old 8-pound dog, ate a small amount of homemade chocolate chip cookie (estimated 2 grams of milk and semi-sweet chocolate) about 15 minutes ago.
