My 14-year-old yellow lab has become extremely ill in the last 24 hours. She has difficulty breathing, red discharge from her nose, hasn't moved from one location for almost 24 hours, and shows no interest in food or water. She has also not urinated or had a bowel movement in 24 hours. What can I do to help until the vet opens?

My 7-week-old puppy, Andy, chewed on a jade leaf for about 5 seconds but did not swallow it. I removed the leaf and rinsed his mouth out with water and gave him some puppy formula. Should I be concerned about any potential health issues?

My dog, Brutus, has been diagnosed with Lyme disease and was on antibiotics. Recently, his numbers were elevated again, and he was put back on antibiotics and probiotics. Today, he suddenly became lethargic, didn't want to eat or drink, and had difficulty walking. His breathing also seemed labored. What should I do, and should I take him to an emergency vet or wait until my regular vet is open on Monday?
