My 5-month-old dog, Hammie, stopped eating around 3pm yesterday and has been vomiting mixed with diarrhea since last night. He hasn't drunk water and has been lethargic since Sunday evening. He is partially vaccinated and may have eaten something unusual. Should I take him to the emergency room before his vet appointment tomorrow?

My dog ate ibuprofen. The dog is about 40 to 50 pounds and ingested 200mg of ibuprofen about 5 to 10 minutes ago. The dog's name is Marlow and is about 1 year and a half old. Has the dog thrown up since then? Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you?
