My dog, Bug, has been vomiting multiple times today and can't keep food down. He ate small pieces of his rubber bone and chapstick recently, and has a habit of eating poop. He vomited bile and foam this morning and has continued to vomit throughout the day. He hasn't been drinking much, but has had two bowel movements. What could be causing this and what should I do?
