My dog, Byron, a 5-year-old Brittany, has been panting and showing labored breathing with his chest moving up and down. He also has dilated pupils and has been acting antsy. He doesn't have a cough, but his breathing sounds labored, and he's been acting off lately. What could be causing this, and what should I look for or do?

My 11lb mixed-breed dog, Hero, ate an entire tube of Abreva cold sore medicine about 3 hours ago. She is acting normally and is on long-term prednisone for IBD. Is the active ingredient in Abreva harmful to her, and what should I do if she shows signs of stomach upset?

My 9 lb Yorkie, Cooper, ate a piece of dark chocolate (Hershey’s Dark Chocolate with Almond Nuggets) about 2-3 hours ago. He has not vomited since. He used to have pancreatitis issues but has been healthy since switching to a freeze-dried raw diet. What should I do about the chocolate ingestion?
