My dog, Boone, was diagnosed with diabetes 3 weeks ago. He eats and receives insulin at 5:30 am and 5:30 pm every day. He recently ate about 5 ketchup packets at 2:30 pm. Does he need more insulin? He's a large dog (80 lbs) and is still unregulated. Is it normal for him to not be acting much better after being diagnosed three weeks ago?
