My 11-year-old female Boston terrier/cairn terrier mix sometimes gets tremors/shakiness in her front paws and more recently in her legs. Is this something I need to worry about or is there anything I can do to ease it for her?

My 13-year-old Boston Terrier, Lucy, has been experiencing diarrhea with very loose stool and a decrease in appetite since last night. She had an accident this morning and has been going outside frequently. She is not in pain and her energy level seems fine, but she is blind and overdue for a check-up. She had some yogurt yesterday, which is unusual for her. What could be causing this and what steps should I take?
