My 9-year-old German Shepherd, Niko, has been itching and licking his back legs, causing a red spot and fur loss. This started a couple of months ago. He's not on any medications, but he's been taking over-the-counter allergy pills for a couple of weeks with no change. We don't use flea and tick prevention, and he has dandruff. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

My dog, Popeye, a 12-14 year old hound beagle mix, has had diarrhea since last night and is not eating. He has patchy hair and is on medication for flea prevention. He might have early-stage kidney disease. What could be causing the diarrhea and what can I do until I can get him to a vet?

My dog Murphy, who is 7 years old and weighs around 82 pounds, has vomited 3 times today, mostly food but also bile twice. We suspect he got into bacon grease from the trash yesterday. Can he wait to be seen or should we call an emergency vet?

My 12 lb mini poodle, Scout, has been vomiting frequently over the past 24 hours, with symptoms including liquidy vomit last night and foamy or yellow vomit this morning. He has not vomited in the past 2 hours but I am still concerned. Could he have eaten anything unusual, and what can I do to help him?
