My dog Cece, a 4-year-old black lab mix weighing 58 pounds, has been experiencing hives, facial swelling, and excessive panting for the past three days. She has received injections of Diphenhydramine and Dexamethasone, and I've been administering Benadryl as recommended by the vet. Today, she is still having hives and is shaking her head frequently. Additionally, she has been exhibiting strange, short outbursts of movement that seem neurological. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
