My dog, Cece, a 4-year-old, was vomiting and had diarrhea two days ago, but was fine yesterday. Today, she is bleeding and may be in heat. The vomit was liquidy with no food, and she hasn't vomited since Tuesday night. She was let outside at a dog park without much supervision, but I'm not aware of her eating anything unusual. Our vet doesn't have an opening until Monday. What should I do?
