My dog, Cerberus, is normally very energetic and happy, but now he's walking slowly, shaking, wagging his tail slowly, not eating or drinking, his back legs are pointed outward when standing, and he holds his front right paw up. He's also drooling. What could be wrong and what should I do?

My 10-year-old Pitbull/Boxer, named Spot, has been experiencing twitching on her head and body, which lasts for about 1-2 seconds and occurs only when she is laying still. She is fully conscious during these episodes. The twitching was checked by a vet in April, who suggested it might be due to arthritis pain. Spot is currently taking Galliprant and Cytopoint for allergies. The twitching seems to be happening more frequently now. What could be causing this and what should I do?
