My dog, Chapo, a 4-year-old small breed, has been lethargic and unable to hold down liquids for about 3 days. He has vomited 3-5 times on Monday, 1-2 times on Tuesday, and 1-2 times yesterday, mostly after drinking water. He eats a small amount of human food but not his regular kibble, and hasn't defecated since Monday morning. He tenses up when his belly is touched, and he hasn't been on any medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?
