My dog, Charlie, ate about 4 feet of USB cable overnight. He weighs about 65 lbs, is 11 months old, and has been normal except for being a little lethargic the past few hours. He hasn't vomited since eating the cable, ate breakfast and drank water normally around 12 hours ago, and went to the bathroom normally. What should I do?

Can I give my dog another pain pill (Deramaxx 25mg) after 17 hours? My dog, Laney, was spayed on Monday and seems very uncomfortable and restless. The Deramaxx was prescribed by her vet, but the bottle says to give one pill every 24 hours. Additionally, Laney keeps scratching at her stomach, leaving red scratch marks. What can I do to help her feel better and prevent her from scratching?
