I have a 12-year-old Chihuahua named Papi who is suddenly vomiting copious amounts of clear water, trembling, and restless. He hasn't drunk a lot of water, and his energy level is poor. He has vomited at least 8-10 times today, and there has been a recent change in his diet. What could be causing this and what should I do?
