My 120 lb. Lab, Chase, has skin allergies and has chewed the top of his rear leg above the paw quite badly. It is now infected, and he won't put weight on it. Can I do any treatment at home until going to the vet tomorrow, or should I do an emergency visit?

My dog, Dodger, is shaking and lethargic. He hasn't eaten or drank much water in the past couple of days. He got groomed on Sunday, and it seems they may have slightly nicked him, which is concerning. He has received his canine influenza vaccine. He keeps licking the area where he has a slight nick from the groomers, which is between his anus and testicle area. What could be causing this and what should I do?
