My dog, Chloe, has been in pain since last Wednesday. She yelps when in certain positions and getting up and down from furniture. She was initially thought to have anaphylactic shock from a bite or sting, but the pain seems to be related to something else. Should we go for an x-ray or other tests, or wait to see if she continues to improve with the current medication?

My dog, Bubba, a Shihtzu around 15 pounds, has been showing signs of a possible spinal injury. He has been constipated, not wanting to walk, shaking, and acting like his back is hurt. He also started walking backwards and tried to bite when picked up, indicating pain. He was accidentally kicked yesterday but the injury doesn't seem severe enough to cause this. He hasn't had much of an appetite and smells bad due to severe flea allergy. What could be causing his symptoms and what should I do?

My 8-year-old dog, Charlie, has been throwing up after drinking water, even when regulated. He has a swollen liver, elevated ALKP and ALT levels, and elevated WBC. He has been on Denamarin and Metronidazole since leaving the hospital. He eats in small portions and throws up water if he drinks more than a few ounces at once. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog has arthritis and stomach discomfort/acid reflux. She is on gabapentin 100mg once or twice a day. Is it safe to give her 200mg occasionally when I feel she may be in more discomfort, considering she is 12 lbs and 8 years old?
