My dog, ChuChi, a 14-year-old mixed Chihuahua, has red eyes and ears. She is an inside dog and has never been around other dogs or grassy areas. I noticed the redness today after returning from work. She doesn't have any known allergies. What could be causing this redness and what should I do?

My 6-year-old, 65-pound Pit Bull ate a little less than a quarter of a vegan soap bar around 8pm. She ate a full meal immediately after and vomited lightly at 1am and the rest of her meal at 3am. She has no other symptoms and is sleeping soundly. Do I need to take her to the vet?
