My 11-week-old Chihuahua, Punkin, received vaccinations on Thursday afternoon and is now lethargic, shivering, and refusing to eat. He has a little discharge in his eyes and is sore in his neck. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I accidentally put Zymox in my dog's eyes. Maggie is on Optimmune for dry eye and has a haze over her eyes due to the dry eye. She is a 10-year-old English Bulldog with epilepsy, taking phenobarbital and Keppra. I flushed her eyes with eye drops and put her Optimmune in. Should I take her to the emergency vet?
