I have a diabetic dog named Baxter who is 5 years old. I usually give him his insulin shots every 12 hours, but this morning I overslept and missed the shot by 2 hours. Should I skip the missed dose and give the 7 pm dose as normal, or should I give the missed dose now and adjust the next dose?
