My dog, Vivi, a 2-year-old small mutt, has been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting since she woke up. The vomit is yellow and bile-like, with no food in it. She is very low on energy, refuses to drink water or eat, and has vomited and had diarrhea about 5 times each. She might have ingested a tiny amount of pumpkin from carving last night. What should I do?

My English Bulldog, Rocco, has an infected wound in his paw that started from an infection in his face wrinkles. He is currently taking Amikacin but is getting worse daily due to walking and bleeding from the pressure on his paw. The infection is from pseudomonas and staph species, resistant to multiple antibiotics. What should I do to help Rocco heal?

My dog, Mochi, is nibbling at her paws and legs. It has been going on for two weeks. She is taking heartgard and next hairs. I just adopted her on October 19th, and I don't know when she last saw a vet. Her skin is pink, and I believe it's from irritation. I've used alcohol-free dog wipes, a dry shampoo for dogs, and dog allergy treats, but it doesn't seem to work. What could be causing this, and what can I do to help her?

My almost 5-month-old golden doodle, Leo, ate two doses of tick medication (afoxolaner). He's 35 lbs, and the dose is for dogs weighing 24.1 to 60 lbs. I want to make sure he’s okay. He hasn’t thrown up since eating the medication, and he seems fine right now. Is he at risk, and what should I monitor for?
