My dog, Copper, a three-year-old blue/red tick hound, is throwing up or pooing blood. This morning is the first time I noticed it. He has been having ear problems, including a yeast infection, and has shaken his ears so much that they have swollen with blood. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Cooper is on a flea preventative, and he was previously on Apoquel for allergy medicine, but it became too costly. What should I do to help Cooper with his rash and hot spots?
