My 13-week-old puppy has a knot on the top of his head between his ears. It's somewhat soft and I'm unsure if he hit his head or not. He doesn't seem to be in pain and is acting normally. Should I take him to an emergency vet or wait until business hours?

My French Bulldog, Sophie, who is 2 1/2 years old, came back from daycare with a hurt leg. She is not using the leg and is in pain.
