My dog’s urine is dark yellow and has a strong odor. She can’t hold her pee in the apartment and is urinating more frequently. The vet did a urinalysis and blood report, which turned out to be normal. My dog is also lethargic, has accidents in the house, and her energy is lower than usual. She goes into her crate during the day and lays there looking sad or uncomfortable. She has vomited infrequently, especially when she swallows parts of her chew toys, and her stool is sometimes soft. She was drinking more than usual, but now she isn’t drinking a lot despite having a full water bowl. What could be causing these issues and what should I do?
