My dog, Dior, a 2-year-old long-haired dachshund mixed with terrier, is breathing very hard and panting heavily out of nowhere. She wasn't acting like this earlier today. Her gums are normal, and she hasn't been coughing except for once in her sleep. She hasn't drank any water since last night. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a 1.5-year-old Siberian Husky named Zora who has slight cloudiness on the lens of both eyes. She doesn't appear irritated, and she sees fine. I just noticed this in the last few days.
