My dog has skin condition hot spots. After 3 rounds of antibiotics it cleared but still has some issues. I added omega 3, probiotics, banofhen and still the condition doesn’t improve. What else can I do?

My dog, Einstein, a 10-year-old 18-pound dog, ate a matcha bun about the size of a softball 10-15 minutes ago. He is currently acting normal, chewing on his toy. I’m not sure how much matcha is in the bun, but I’m concerned about potential caffeine toxicity.
