My dog has a lump right below his anus that has turned into an open wound. What could this be, and what should I do?

My sister's dog is due to give birth tomorrow, and the vet she visited didn't perform a vaginal delivery (VD) due to concerns about stressing the dog. The vet also misjudged the number of puppies and their size based on the stud's weight. My sister asked if the vet could darken the X-ray for better visibility, but the vet couldn't. Can you help with the X-ray, and what should we do if we get a better copy?

My 11-year-old dog, Reba Treece, has a bloated belly, decreased appetite, trouble standing and walking, decreased energy, and some liquidy bowel movements. She isn't in obvious pain but her gums are dark (though her tongue is pink). What could be causing these symptoms and what tests should be done?

My dog, Berkley, had a dental in September and was on Hill’s Prescription canned food for over a month due to complications. After transitioning back to his regular food, Orijen Senior dry food, he started having awful gas and soft stool. I added pumpkin to his diet, which helped, but now he has diarrhea and very soft stool again. Should I return to a bland diet (chicken and rice and pumpkin) and re-phase his regular food back in, or continue with the regular food, pumpkin, and a new probiotic? Additionally, he pooped in his crate yesterday, which he hasn't done before, and I'm concerned about the possibility of a bad bag of food.
