My dog got neutered six days ago. I brought him back to daycare today. What symptoms should I watch for if I brought him back too early?

She may have eaten something unusual on Friday but has had a normal diet since. She has no diarrhea, pre-existing conditions, or other symptoms except slightly warm paws. What should I do?

I’ve been using ear cleanser and wipes, but they show brown, possibly old blood, and don’t seem to provide relief. She also licks her paw after rubbing her face. I’ve tried allergy pills, which help her rest. Is there another medication I can give her to treat this at home?
