My dog, Dusty, a 5-year-old outdoor kennel dog, has had an ear infection for a few days. Her face is now swollen on the side of the affected ear. She is currently on cephalexin and terramycin. Should I take her to an emergency vet, and what else can be done since she's already on antibiotics?
