My dog, Ebi, a Labrador retriever, has a gash on her side that we think may be from trying to get out under a chain link fence. She has been lethargic, has no appetite, and has vomited about four times. We rinsed the gash with hydrogen peroxide two days ago. My son noticed a swollen area on her back, near the gash, which she flinches at when touched. She also has a slight fever. What should we do for her now, and are there any signs of an emergency we should watch for?

He recently started taking Prozac daily for anxiety and Xanax as needed for triggering situations. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
