My dog, Echo, a border collie about a year and a half old, has been vomiting (initially liquidy, then foamy) and experiencing bloody diarrhea for two days. She has been lethargic, not eating much, and possibly ate something unusual. Earlier this week, I removed 3 ticks from her and applied a tick and flea repellent. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?
