My dog, Ellie, a 3-year-old, suddenly started limping on her back right leg about 2 hours ago. She was just sleeping in the grass and when I called her inside, she randomly started to limp. There is no history of trauma, her leg is not swollen, and she is otherwise acting perfectly healthy, eating, and drinking normally. What could be causing the limping, and what should I do?
