My dog, Ellie, has a larger right hock compared to the left, which has been present for almost a year. The vet aspirated a tiny bit of fluid from it six months ago, finding no signs of cancer. Now, it looks slightly larger, but Ellie shows no signs of pain or limping. Ellie is a pit bull mix, almost ten years old, and has PIMA, currently on Mycophenolate and Cyclosporin. What could be causing the enlarged hock, and what should be the next steps in diagnosing and treating this issue?
