My dog, Evee, a 5-year-old spayed female, has been lethargic, not eating much, and acting uncomfortable. She ate a whole chorizo burrito two days ago and now has a hard stomach on one side. She is trying to avoid us, hiding under the bed, and not drinking or eating. She did poop last night but it was small and uncomfortable for her. She also tries to go to the bathroom but doesn't, and her behavior is constantly going back and forth between laying down and getting up. Is there anything I can do, and should I take her to the vet?
