My dog, Felix, age 2, was just discharged from the vet after treatment for a bacterial infection and pronounced anemia. He received two drips, an iron injection, an antibiotic injection, and some vitamins. He ate a small dinner but vomited it undigested a couple of hours later. Felix was also in discomfort, not laying down or sitting for nearly 16 hours before going to the vet. What could be causing this and what should I do?

She is lethargic, not moving, and not showing interest in usual activities like licking the dishwasher or watching me eat. I have given her rice and pumpkin for two days, and she eats it.
