My dog, Finnley, a 5-year-old Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever, just threw up what appears to be watery blood. He had limited access to unusual items, had fresh pet food for lunch, a dental chew around 11, and hadn't eaten supper yet. He also had soft stool yesterday without blood. My dog ate a grape. I gave her hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting, but she hasn't thrown up. The dog weighs 23 pounds and is 6 months old. She is in normal health, recently spayed, had surgery to open her nasal passages two weeks ago, and is currently undergoing deworming treatment. Should I be concerned about her not throwing up the hydrogen peroxide? Is it likely she will have diarrhea or other side effects aside from the risk of kidney issues?

My 10-year-old Maltipoo, Maddie, has had diarrhea for several weeks, which seemed to resolve but has returned. She eats and drinks well, is not lethargic, and has not vomited. Additionally, she has developed small, light-colored growths (tags) and a rash from her neck to her tail that turns blackish. The rash doesn't itch or bother her. What could be causing these issues and what should I do?
