My dog, Freya, has started drooling excessively and threw up food about 10-15 minutes ago. She's still eating and drinking, but she seems restless and the drooling hasn't stopped. She was chasing a red squirrel around the yard earlier today. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Midnight, a Chiweenie, has been experiencing muscle issues, lack of coordination in her rear limbs, and difficulty jumping or climbing stairs.
