My female Shizu mix dog, Sugar Bear, has congestive heart failure and is experiencing worsening coughing and difficulty breathing, with a breathing rate of 35 breaths per minute even when resting. She has been on enalapril and recently tried a diuretic, but it didn't seem to help.
