My dog gave birth to 5 puppies, but had to undergo a c-section for the 5th puppy. She developed a fever of 104.6°F and was found to be anemic. Is it common for dogs to be anemic after giving birth? Is a fever of 104.6°F a concern for a nursing dog post-c-section? Can an ultrasound identify internal bleeding effectively? Does the situation I described sound usual and okay?

Our dog, Ace, a 10-month-old, 73-pound dog, has been shaking his head and scratching it due to an ear infection diagnosed at Petco. The infection has been ongoing for a week, and when I cleaned his ear, it had dark red stuff. What should we do until we can see a vet on Wednesday?

My dog, Shuffles, a 13-year-old poodle mix weighing about 14 pounds, has been experiencing worsening arthritis over the past 6 months, making it difficult for him to get up and down from couches. I haven't spoken to a vet yet as his previous vet retired, and I haven't found a new one. What can I do to help alleviate his joint pain?
