My dog, Gino, a 7-1/2-year-old, vomited blood and mucus twice and had bloody mucus in his poop. He may have eaten cat poop three days ago. He is drinking water, has been given bone broth, is urinating, but shows no interest in eating and is fatigued. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Charlie, a 4-year-old Yorkie, has been vomiting foamy material and is not eating well. He was recently treated for fleas at the ER, but this issue has been ongoing for a couple of days. My 1.5-year-old dog, Esco, has diarrhea mixed with blood. He has been on a bland diet and has taken anti-diarrhea pills.
