My dog, Gino, a 7-1/2-year-old, vomited blood and mucus twice and had bloody mucus in his poop. He may have eaten cat poop three days ago. He is drinking water, has been given bone broth, is urinating, but shows no interest in eating and is fatigued. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 1.5-year-old dog, Esco, has diarrhea mixed with blood. He has been on a bland diet and has taken anti-diarrhea pills. He recently attended dog daycare where another dog was sick, and it's suspected he may have eaten some of that dog's poop. He had parvovirus at 9 weeks but is now fully vaccinated. What could be causing his diarrhea and blood in stool, and what should I do next?
