My dog, Godric, a 2-year-old bully mix, has suddenly started vomiting (liquidy with a few treats from earlier) and cannot stand up. He is unresponsive to treats and other animals. He eats a lot of sticks but that's not new. What could be wrong and what should I do?

My dog, Emery, a 2-year-old, developed a cough a week ago which she has since recovered from. However, for the last two days, she has been vomiting a small amount of undigested food and bile about 8 hours after eating breakfast. She may have eaten something unusual, but the vomit only contains a small amount of food and bile. What could be causing this and what steps can I take to help her?
