My dog, Google, an 11-year-old Japanese Chin and Chihuahua mix, has a swollen, cloudy eye that I noticed last night. He isn't licking or rubbing the eye, but he is squinting. He isn't on any medications and has been developing dry eye. What could be causing this issue, and what should I do?
