My dog, Judy, has a red and squinting right eye with no discharge. She has been pawing at it and seems uncomfortable. I noticed this a few days ago. She is a 12-year-old rescue, a mix of rat terrier and Chihuahua, and is up-to-date on her shots. Is it safe to give her Zatidor drops, and are there any over-the-counter human eye drops that can be used as a temporary solution until I can take her to the vet tomorrow?
