My two-year-old mini golden doodle has been vomiting multiple times since eating her usual Farmers Dog food this morning. She has also had little green tree bugs on her head in the past, and she sometimes chews on bark and tree branches outside. What could be causing her vomiting, and should I take her to the vet?
