He is currently experiencing an episode where he can't stand, is very disoriented, and struggles to keep his balance. There is no cardiologist available until tomorrow. What can we do to help him until our vet opens or should we take him to an ER vet?

My standard doxie had lumps removed 14 days ago. The sutures were removed last Thursday. One area looks fine and is healing, but the area behind his elbow hasn't formed a scab yet. I'm applying kera vet gel and just ran out. The area looks open and red, and I found a couple of sutures I had to remove myself. Should I give him carprofen, and how should I manage his healing process?
