My dog, Ashton, a 3-year-old, just vomited pink foam with small red flecks of blood about 5 minutes ago. He may have eaten something unusual while under our deck. What should I do?

My 7-year-old greyhound, Columbo, has an open wound between two toes on his back paw. It’s deep between the webbing, and his licking has caused irritation on the inside of each toe. There was bleeding last night when I noticed the issue, and I used a Q-tip to apply Neosporin. Additionally, his breath has been horrible despite daily brushing, and there is a purple area in his ear where the tattoo is, possibly a bruise. What should I do for his wound and these other issues?
