My dog Gypsy, who has a thyroid problem and is on Thyrosyn medication, has not eaten her food since Thursday night. She has been eating treats and attempted to eat another dog's food. I am concerned because I had a cat who didn't eat for a couple of days and eventually died. Should I be very concerned about my dog not eating, and what can I do to encourage her to eat?
