My dog, Monroe Khalisi, a 2-year-old pit mix, hasn't eaten since yesterday, is vomiting, very fatigued, and won't touch food or water. She's laying down constantly with no energy, throwing up bile and phlegm, and has had solid poops but now has diarrhea. She is spayed, her tummy is not enlarged but is solid to the touch, and she recently started new flea and tick meds. What could be wrong and what should I do?
