My dog had something in his ear and I used contact eye solution to clean it out. Now, he is not acting like himself, he ate his food but is not running around like normal. What could be the issue and should I be concerned about the eye solution being toxic to him?

My puppy, Doodles, is whining incessantly and I can't tell if she's in pain. She has no other symptoms like limping, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, or sneezing. We suspect she might be pregnant, but we're not sure. Her stomach and mammary glands seem larger, but her vulva has returned to normal size after being enlarged during her heat cycle. What could be causing her to whine, and what should I do?
