My dog, Hades, is having white-colored discharge from his eye, and his eyes look more red than usual. I can't get into the vet until Monday. He has had crusty skin spots in the past that were questionable allergies. What can I do to help him until I can get him to the vet?

Can I buy over-the-counter dog medications to treat my dog, Bella, for a suspected UTI while she is taking Lasix for fluid around the heart? Bella is a 12-year-old overweight dog showing symptoms of increased urination, blood in urine, and butt dragging, but no pain or behavioral changes other than the butt scratching.
