My dog, Hank, a 1.5-year-old pitbull, refuses to eat his breakfast, eats a lot of grass until he vomits, and then eats dinner ravenously. He has vomited twice, once with only grass and once with food mixed with grass. He shows no signs of pain, fatigue, or abnormal breathing, and his stomach feels normal. What could be causing this issue, and what can I do to help him?
